▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon airgel by using waste straw comprises (i) grinding and crushing the waste straw after pre-treatment into waste straw powder or waste straw fragments with a particle size ≯ 1 cm, (ii) adding waste straw powder or waste straw fragments into a disc-type solid-phase force chemical reactor to grind and pulverize to obtain waste straw ultrafine powder with a particle size of ≯ 4 mm, (iii) mixing 70-90 pts. wt. waste straw ultrafine powder and 10-30 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol to obtain mixture, (iv) adding the prepared mixture into deionized water, and stirring to form a suspension, stirring and heating the suspension at 85-95℃ for 2-3 hours, forming the polyvinyl alcohol/straw composite airgel by cooling and solidifying, and (v) carbonizing the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)/Straw composite airgel to prepare carbon aerogel. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon airgel by using waste straw. ADVANTAGE - The method relieves resource waste phenomenon, saves energy consumption and pollution of the cellulose extracting step, and greatly improves each performance of the prepared carbon airgel.
