▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The antenna has a metal grounding plate (1) attached to an insulating medium substrate (2). A micro-strip connecting line (3), an impedance matching transmission line (4), a radiation patch (5), and a graphene film patch (6) i.e. single-layer or quasi-single-layer graphene film patch, are connected with each other. An upper layer of the insulating medium substrate is connected with the micro-strip connecting line. An end of the impedance matching transmission line is connected with a middle portion of a rectangular groove in the radiation patch. Two ends of the graphene film patch are attached with an optical waveguide (7). USE - Graphene optical microwave antenna for a high speed wireless communication field. ADVANTAGE - The antenna is simple in structure and small in size, and satisfies high electron mobility of graphene and resonance property of a metal antenna structure without photoelectric signal conversion needs, directly converts optical signals into microwave signals, and increases operating speed. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of a graphene optical microwave antenna for a high speed wireless communication field.
