NOVELTY - A solid-phase microextraction tube preparation method involves alkali washing, acid washing, water washing and drying capillary tube wall by nitrogen. 3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane is poured into the capillary tube, reacted and heated. The heated product is washed and dried. Aqueousgraphene oxide is added and ultrasonically treated. The treated product is centrifuged. 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide solution is added to the supernatant. The graphene oxide solution is filled in the tube and placed in water bath, and dried to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing a solid-phase microextraction tube. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the solid-phase microextraction tube in a simple and rapid manner with high chemical, mechanical and thermal stability, high extraction capacity and long life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solid-phase microextraction tube preparation method involves alkali washing, acid washing, water washing and drying capillary tube wall by nitrogen. 10-30 mmole/l 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane is poured into the capillary tube and reacted at room temperature for 12 hours, and heated to 70 degrees C under water bath to continue reaction for 5 hours. The heated product is washed using toluene and water, and dried by nitrogen. 0.1-1 mg/ml aqueousgraphene oxide is added and ultrasonically treated for 2 hours. The treated product is centrifuged at a speed of 3000 rpm for 5 minutes. 10 mmole/l 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/5 mmole/l N-hydroxysuccinimide solution is added to the supernatant at room temperature for 0.5 hours. The graphene oxide solution is filled in the capillary tube and placed in 70 degrees C water bath for 2 hours, and dried by nitrogen to obtain the finished product.
