NOVELTY - The method involves reducing graphene oxide films by performing flame firing process. High-temperature thermal reduction process is performed, where the temperature of the high-temperature thermal reduction is 2000-3000 degrees centigrade. The graphene oxide film is passed through the top part of the flame, where the graphene oxide film is in contact the outer flame, the temperature of the outer flame is 300-600 degrees centigrade. The oxidized graphene oxide film is placed in a heat source device after thermal reduction. The temperature of the hot raw material is gradually increased from room temperature to 2000-3000 degrees centigrade. USE - Method for preparing a medium transmission core in a heat pipe for use in mobile phone, computer and other electronic products. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts flame rapid reduction and ensures that the film body is formed with capillary gas channel, so that during subsequent reduction, generated gas can be discharged along the formed capillary channel to avoid gas accumulation in the film, which can effectively reduce the increase of the film thickness.
