NOVELTY - The preparation of highly dispersed graphene-nylon 6 composite fiber, involves carrying out micro mechanical peeling of graphite into graphene in an aqueous solution of caprolactam to obtain uniform and stable dispersed graphene-caprolactam aqueous solution, carrying out polymerization of graphene-caprolactam aqueous solution to obtain highly dispersed graphene-nylon 6 and carrying out melt spinning of graphene-nylon 6 composite solution. USE - Preparation of highly dispersed graphene-nylon 6 composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of highly dispersed graphene-nylon 6 composite fiber with enhanced quality, UV resistance, antibacterial property and excellent fiber forming property by simple and economical process.
