▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves (a) mixing raw materials, (b) mixing 10-22 wt.% middle-phase asphalt powder and 78-90 wt.% natural crystalline flake graphite powder to obtain a mixture, (c) vacuum hot pressing, (d) hot pressing the mixture to obtain hot-pressed graphite blocks, (e) carbonizing and graphitizing, (f) soaking the hot-pressed graphite block to obtain graphite slab intermediate, (g) dipping the graphite barrel intermediate in an intermediate phase asphalt solution and graphene oxide solution, and (h) subjecting the soaked graphite bar intermediate to second carbonization and graphite treatment to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing graphite material, which is used in rocket, airplane brake sheet and high power electronic radiation field. Can also be used in aerospace field. ADVANTAGE - The graphite material has excellent microstructure and heat conducting performance, and improved comprehensive performance. The method: improves the microstructure and thermal conductivity of the material and improves the comprehensive performance of the graphite material; provides a thermal bridge for heat conduction; enhances the bonding force between the adhesive and the graphite flakes; and solves the problems of falling powder on the surface of the graphite block and falling off of the graphite sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphite material.
