▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing resin-based ceramic composite copper clad plate comprises (i) adding the modified hexagonal boron nitride powder into the graphene oxide solution, stirring and mixing, allowing to stand, centrifuging, and separating the supernatant, washing the precipitate with deionized water, and freeze-drying to obtain filler particles, (ii) stirring and mixing the epoxy resin and carboxy-terminated nitrile rubber under the protection of nitrogen, and reacting at 90℃ for 1 hour, and heating to 160℃ for 2 hours to obtain epoxy resin copolymer, (iii) mixing and stirring the filler particles, epoxy resin copolymer, methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride and triphenylphosphine to obtain premix, adding premix and triethylene glycol dimethacrylate into ball mill for ball milling to obtain glue material, and (iv) coating the glue material on the surface of the aluminum plate for gluing, laminating the copper foil on the surface of the glue layer, pressing, forming, and cutting to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for producing resin-based ceramic composite copper clad plate. ADVANTAGE - The method produces resin-based ceramic composite copper clad plate, which has good thermal conductivity and color stability, modifies surface of hexagonal boron nitride by introducing graphene oxide and hexagonal boron nitride modified powder for hybridization, improves compatibility between boron nitride and epoxy resin, improves thermal conductivity of composite materials, reduces susceptibility of the resin monomer to exogenous dyeing, reduces color difference, and improves color stability.
