▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of porous material involves (a) depositing an ink comprising a polymeric binder, electroconductive fillers and a solvent for the polymer, on a support, and (b) treating the ink deposited on the support, by contacting the ink with a fluid whose pressure is lower than the critical pressure of the fluid, maintaining the fluid in the supercritical state, and expanding the fluid in the supercritical state to a pressure below the critical pressure of the fluid, in which fluid is in a gaseous subcritical state to obtain porous material with electroconductive fillers. The supercritical fluid is miscible with the polymeric binder solvent and the polymeric binder is insoluble in the supercritical fluid. USE - Preparation of porous material used for electrode for electrochemical device such as batteries, photovoltaic cell, fuel cell, biofuel cells, supercapacitor, electrochromic device, gas separation membranes and sensor such as electrochemical sensors and effector and biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid and simple preparation of porous material.
