NOVELTY - A porous graphite or graphene/porous composite ceramic conductive material preparation method involves uniformly mixing metal powders and ceramic powder materials and adding bonding agent to the uniformly mixed powder. The resulting mixture is dried, ground and uniformly mixed to form a porous substrate. The substrate is subjected to high temperature annealing followed by performing chemical vapor deposition for growing graphene. USE - Method for preparing porous graphite or graphene/porous composite ceramic conductive material that is utilized in a photovoltaic cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing porous graphite or graphene/porous composite ceramic conductive material with high electrical conduction performance and heat dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDANT CLAIM is also included for a three-dimensional porous graphene material.
