▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing giant magneto-impedance effect graphene/nanocrystalline composite material comprises e.g. (1) taking one iron-based amorphous iron-copper-niobium-silicon-boron (Fe73.5 Cu1 Nb3 SiB9.5) strip; (2) placing the iron-based amorphous strip obtained in the step (1) in a tubular furnace, setting vacuum degree to 0.1-5 pa, raising temperature to 540 degrees C, introducing hydrogen gas of 5-50 sccm, and annealing for 15-30 minutes to obtain iron-based nanocrystalline strips; (3) placing the iron-based nanocrystalline strip obtained in step (2) in quartz boat, and placing it in the constant temperature growth area in the middle of the tubular furnace; and (4) taking 1-10 g polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and placing it in quartz boat, placing it in the temperature range of 120-180 degrees C at the air inlet of tubular furnace. USE - The method is useful for preparing giant magneto-impedance effect graphene/nanocrystalline composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves compatibility of directly growing graphene on strip, so that soft magnetic properties of nanocrystalline strip can be maintained. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for giant magneto-impedance effect graphene/nanocrystalline composite material is prepared by above mentioned method.
