DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene composite electrode material, which involves mixing electrode material, organic carbon source and catalyst precursor, heat-treating in reducing atmosphere at 400-1000 degrees C for 1-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, grinding and sieving.
