NOVELTY - Preparation of ruthenium oxide/conductive polymer/graphene composite electrode material involves adding ruthenium-containing compound and graphene to solvent, mixing to obtain composite slurry (A), mixing doped-polypyrrole and the composite slurry (A) to obtain composite slurry (B), coating the composite slurry (B) on a metal collector, and drying, thermally decomposing the metal collector electrode under the protection of water vapor. USE - Preparation of ruthenium oxide/conductive polymer/graphene composite electrode material used as cathode of high-energy capacitor for information technology, consumer electronics, electric vehicles and urban rail transit, wind/solar power generation, aerospace, and defense application. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and easy, and produces composite electrode material with high specific capacity, low internal resistance, high adhesion and stable performance, and is suitable for large-scale production.
