NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-fine lithium vanadium phosphate nano-microcrystalline integrated sheet comprises configuring graphene oxide, vanadium source, lithium source, and phosphorus source into a mixed solution, adding reducing agent to the mixed solution under ultrasonic stirring, reacting, and freeze-drying to obtain lithium vanadium phosphate precursor powder, sintering the lithium-vanadium-phosphate precursor powder under a protective atmosphere to obtain a lithium vanadium phosphate nano microcrystalline material, and mixing the lithium vanadium phosphate nano nano microcrystalline material, conductive additive, agglomerant and organic solvent electrode slurry, coating the electrode slurry on the current collector, drying to obtain the superfine lithium vanadium phosphate nano microcrystalline integrated sheet.
