NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by polishing surface of substrate comprising high-temperature resisting material; growing metal nanocrystal film layer on surface of the polished substrate, where the metal film functions as catalyst for growing graphene; putting the substrate to the flame produced by carbon-containing fuel or fuel containing carbon and nitrogen, and making one surface with catalyst face the flame core; cooling the substrate; and separating out the graphene film on surface of the substrate with catalyst layer. USE - Method for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation.
