▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The material has nanocarbon strands and an inorganic thermoelectric semiconductor material of a P-type inorganic thermoelectric semiconductor material and an N-type inorganic thermoelectric semiconductor material having a complex structure on the surface of the nanocarbon strand using an electrodeposition method. The hybrid thermoelectric material has a form in which chemical bonding and physical bonding between dissimilar materials coexist. The inorganic thermoelectric semiconductor material is electrodeposited using an electrochemical reaction. The nano-carbon material strand is made of nano-carbon material selected from the group consisting of carbon nanotubes, graphite, graphene, graphene oxide, graphene nano-ribbon, carbon black, and carbon nanofibers. USE - Hybrid thermoelectric material e.g. bulk-type inorganic semiconductor materials such as P-type inorganic thermoelectric semiconductor material and an N-type inorganic thermoelectric semiconductor material of wearable thermoelectric device used for wearable thermoelectric module (all claimed) for wearable electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The hybrid thermoelectric material has excellent mechanical, electrical and thermal properties at room temperature, high electrical conductivity and flexibility, high heat transfer efficiency even on curved surfaces, and high energy conversion efficiency, and can be applied to objects with irregular curved surfaces other than the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: a manufacturing method of hybrid thermoelectric material; a wearable thermoelectric device; a method of manufacturing a wearable thermoelectric element; and a wearable thermoelectric module.
