▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide, vanadium pentoxide, fluoride, phosphate and lithium salt are mixed, to obtain a mixture. The mixture is calcined under oxygen-free environment and cooled, to obtain fluorinated graphene oxide-lithium-vanadium fluorophosphate composite material. USE - Preparation of fluorinated graphene oxide-lithium-vanadium fluorophosphate composite material used as cathode material for lithium-ion battery and capacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides fluorinated graphene oxide-lithium-vanadium fluorophosphate composite material having high conductivity and stability by a simple process, without environmental pollution. High-density battery is provided using the composite material.
