NOVELTY - The device has a talkback device main body (2) whose bottom side is connected with a solar photovoltaic energy-collecting plate (1). The talkback device main body is installed with a signal adjusting device (8) and connected with a camera base. A top part of the camera base is installed on a universal camera (3). The talkback device main body is provided with an LCD display screen (4). A lower part of a memory is connected with a graphene storage battery and the universal camera. The memory and an output end of a wireless transceiving device are connected with an input end of a core processor. USE - Geological exploration talkback device. ADVANTAGE - The device charges the solar photovoltaic energy-collecting plate and the graphene storage battery through sunlight so as to increase utilization rate of talkback device body. The universal camera is connected with a universal rotating shaft by knowing and uploading on-site status command through network remote field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The signal conditioning device is formed as a three-section telescopic structure.
