NOVELTY - Toughening carbon fiber prepreg between nanoparticle polymer composite nanofiber membrane layers involves preparing a nanoparticle thermoplastic polymer spinning solution, and dissolving the nanoparticles and the thermoplastic polymer in an organic solvent to form a spinning solution. The electrospinning method is used to prepare nano-particle thermoplastic polymer composite nanofibers, the carbon fiber prepreg is used as the receiver for electrostatic spinning, and the composite nanofibers are directly spun on the prepreg to form nanofiber membranes for toughening floor. The carbon fiber prepreg with a toughened layer loaded on the surface is heated by a hot roll to make the toughened layer and the prepreg form a whole, that is, the interlayer toughened prepreg. USE - Method for toughening carbon fiber prepreg between nanoparticle polymer composite nanofiber membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to toughen carbon fiber prepreg between nanoparticle polymer composite nanofiber membrane, which plays to the strengthening and toughening effect of nanoparticles, and further improve the mechanical properties of the material, is suitable for interlayer toughening on the basis of commercially available finished prepregs, and avoids changes to the synthetic preparation process of industrially produced finished prepregs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Toughening carbon fiber prepreg between nanoparticle polymer composite nanofiber membrane layers involves preparing a nanoparticle thermoplastic polymer spinning solution, and dissolving the nanoparticles and the thermoplastic polymer in an organic solvent to form a spinning solution. The interlayer toughened prepreg is passed through a drying oven to completely volatilize the solvent in the toughened layer. The hot-pressed and dried interlayer toughened prepreg is covered with a polyethylene film as a protective layer through the hot-pressing process, and finally is rolled to obtain the interlayer toughened prepreg. The interlayer toughened prepreg is cut, laid, and cured in accordance with the process system of the prepreg resin matrix to prepare a composite board.
