NOVELTY - Method for preparing vinylon fabric based graphene/manganese dioxide electrode material, involves (a) coating graphene oxide hydrosol on one surface of vinylon fabric and drying at 100-150 degrees C for 8-12 minutes, repeating the last step to process other surface of the vinylon fabric to obtain double-sided graphene oxide coated vinylon fabric, (b) soaking obtained double-sided graphene oxide coating vinylon fabric in reducing agent solution at 80-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, taking out deionized water for water washing, and drying, heating in microwave oven at a power of 700-900 W for 1-3 seconds to obtain a graphene coating vinylon fabric, and (c) depositing manganese dioxide on surface of obtained graphene coating vinylon fabric using electrochemical deposition, where the potential difference is 2 V, after deposition, washing manganese dioxide and drying to obtain electrode material. USE - Method for preparing vinylon fabric based graphene/manganese dioxide electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the flexibility and electrochemical performance of electrode material, deposits the manganese dioxide metal oxide through non-toxic and simple secondary reduction, is environmentally-friendly, flexible and lightweight, and has excellent performance on flexible capacitor and battery electrode.
