NOVELTY - Low-resistance and high-filtration efficiency antibacterial and antiviral meltblown cloth comprises a melt-blown cloth body. The melt-blown cloth body includes polypropylene layer and antibacterial and antiviral nanofiber film. The antibacterial and antiviral nanofiber film includes 100 pts. wt. dispersed polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 10-20 pts. wt. pore-forming agent, 0.8-2.5 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 0.1-1 pts. wt. dispersant, and 1-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent. USE - The low-resistance and high-filtration efficiency antibacterial and antiviral meltblown cloth is useful in antibacterial anti-virus mask. ADVANTAGE - The meltblown cloth has high filter efficiency, strong antibacterial and antiviral ability, does not contain silver ion, and is safe and environmentaly friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a antibacterial and antiviral mask with low resistance and high filtration efficiency comprising a mask body and ear straps, ear straps are provided at both ends of the mask body, and the ear straps are fixedly connected to the mask body, the mask body includes an outer surface layer, an intermediate structural layer and an inner surface layer, the outer surface layer is a hydrophobic polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabric, the middle structure layer is the antibacterial and antiviral melt-blown cloth with low resistance and high filtration efficiency, and the inner surface layer is a hydrophilic antibacterial polypropylene spun-bonded non-woven fabric, the inner surface layer of the upper and lower ends of the mask body is rolled up and wrapped around the upper and lower ends of the outer layer, the edge of the mask body is fixedly connected with the outer layer, the middle structural layer and the inner surface layer by hot melting, the upper end of the mask body is wrapped with a shaping strip; and a method for preparing antibacterial and antiviral masks with low resistance and high filtration efficiency comprising (1) preparing middle structural layer, (2) performing antibacterial and antiviral treatment on hydrophobic polypropylene spunbond nonwoven fabric on the outer layer, (3) antibacterial and antiviral treatment of hydrophilic antibacterial polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric on the inner surface, (4) laminating the outer layer, the middle structural layer and the inner surface layer together through the production machine, and applying pressure, where the pressure lasts for 8-10 seconds, (5) placing shaping strip in the center on the upper end of the mask body, rolling up inner surface layer of the upper and lower ends of the mask body to wrap the upper and lower ends of the outer layer, and fixing by heat fusion, (6) placing ear straps on the four corners of the mask body, adding adhesive, fixing ear straps by hot pressing, and cooling for 5-8 minutes, carrying out light pull test to observe whether the fixing position of the ear strap is normal and whether the fixing degree is firm, and (7) packaging for sterilization.
