NOVELTY - Membranous multilayer quantum dot fluorescent material comprises film-shaped carrier and fluorescent layer set on film-shaped carrier. The fluorescent layer comprises cationic polymer self-assembled layer and negative electric quantum dot layer, sequentially cationic polymer self-assembled layer in fluorescent layer contact with film-shaped carrier. USE - Membranous multilayer quantum dot fluorescent material used in immunochromatography (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membranous multilayer quantum dot fluorescent material has larger surface area, higher fluorescent signal, better dispersibility and stability, low detection limit, short detection time, good reproduction quality and high accuracy, and improves detection sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for preparing membranous multilayer quantum dot fluorescent material, which involves: a. mixing film-shaped carrier with cationic polymer solution to obtain solution containing film-shaped carrier loaded with cationic polymer self-assembled layer; and b. mixing negative electric quantum dot solution with solution containing film-shaped carrier loaded with cationic polymer self-assembly layer for ultrasonication to obtain film-shaped multilayer quantum dot fluorescent material; and 2. a film-shaped multi-layer quantum dot nano-tag, which comprises membranous multi-layer quantum dot fluorescent material and detection antibody modified on surface of membranous multilayer quantum dot fluorescent material.
