▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing diamond-graphene mixed reinforced copper-based composite material, comprises (i) mixing the commercial copper powder and nano-diamond in the ethanol solution, (ii) using the star ball mill to compound the copper powder and diamond, making the diamond uniformly embedded in the copper powder, and ball-milling the spherical or irregular copper powder into sheet shape to obtain the composite powder, (iii) filtering and drying the composite powder and air natural drying to obtain diamond/sheet copper composite powder, (iv) mixing the diamond/sheet copper composite powder with the solid carbon source, (v) removing the mixed solution for the water solvent to obtain carbon source coated diamond/sheet copper composite powder, (vi) carbonizing the carbon source in the composite powder using the high temperature furnace to obtain the graphene-diamond/copper composite powder, and (vi) sintering and molding the composite powder by discharge plasma sintering technology. USE - Preparing diamond-graphene mixed reinforced copper-based composite material. Uses include but are not limited to light industry, electric, building, national defense and mechanical manufacturing fields. ADVANTAGE - The material has high mechanical property, electrical and chemical corrosion resistance, excellent comprehensive performance, and high qualified rate. The method is simple, green and efficient, and reduces the manufacturing cost of the composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for diamond-graphene mixed reinforced copper-based composite material.
