NOVELTY - Solvent-free wear-resistant anti-corrosion bio-epoxy composite coating comprises component A composed of 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide nanosheets, 1-7 pts. wt. modified sodium iron titanate whiskers, 50-70 pts. wt. petroleum-based epoxy resin, 30-50 pts. wt. bio-based active diluent, 0.01-0.2 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.03-0.3 pts. wt. leveling agent and 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, and component B comprising 50-80 pts. wt. bio-based curing agent. USE - The solvent-free wear-resistant anti-corrosion bio-epoxy composite coating is used as a wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating on the surface of metal facilities (claimed), and also useful in modern industry, energy, transportation and ocean engineering field. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing solvent-free wear-resistant anti-corrosion bio-epoxy composite coating, comprising (1) continuously and ultrasonically exfoliating graphite oxide using Hummer's method to obtain graphene oxide aqueous solution, and dispersing the graphene oxide in absolute ethanol by solvent replacement to obtain graphene oxide ethanol solution containing graphene oxide nanosheets, (2) preparing sodium iron titanate whiskers using the molten salt method, and modifying with a silane coupling agent to prepare modified sodium iron titanate whiskers, (3) mixing the graphene oxide ethanol solution with the modified sodium iron titanate whisker, (4) adding petroleum-based epoxy resin and bio-based active diluent, and mixing uniformly, (5) removing the dehydrated alcohol by rotary evaporation of the mixture, and (6) adding defoaming agent, leveling agent, bio-based curing agent and anti-settling agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain product.
