NOVELTY - Laser cladding material comprises 0.01-0.1 wt.% graphene, 0.1-1 wt.% titanium carbide powder and 98.9-99.9 wt.% atomized powder, where the atomized powder comprises 20-30 wt.% chromium powder, 15-20 wt.% cobalt powder, 5-10 wt.% niobium powder, 5-10 wt.% boron powder, 5-10 wt.% silicon powder, 1-5 wt.% tungsten powder and 15-49 wt.% nickel powder. USE - The material is useful for improving grinding disc service life of flour mill. ADVANTAGE - The material: utilizes ultra-high-speed laser cladding device to match with laser cladding powder prepared for laser cladding on the grinding disc surface; and has improved wear resistance after the surface of the obtained grinding disc is laser clad and improved service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the laser cladding material; and (2) a laser cladding method for improving grinding disc service life of flour mill.
