▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thge method involves ball-milling nano-silica particles with an aluminum substrate to obtain an aluminum-silicon carbide precursor, ball-milling the aluminum-SiCNP precursor and graphene nano sheet to obtain a composite powder, sintering composite powder to obtain composite material billet, placing the composite material blank ingots into the heat treatment furnace for heating, where annealing temperature is 550 to 640 degree Celsius and heat preservation time is 30-60 minutes, cooling the composite billet heat-preserving, carrying out hot extrusion to obtain the composite materials bar, sealing and storing and filling argon gas as protective gas, and placing into the heating furnace for heated, where anneal temperature is 600-640 degree Celsius. USE - Heat treatment method for improving breaking power of mixing reinforced aluminum-based composite material of graphene and silicon carbide used in material processing field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving the comprehensive performance of the composite material, fully exerts the strengthening effect of the enhanced phase; and improving the function of graphene and silicon carbide hybrid reinforced aluminum-based composite material.
