NOVELTY - Polyurethane/graphene composite plastic handicraft surface coating agent comprises raw materials which include solvent-based polyurethane and lipophilic modified graphene where solvent-based polyurethane includes 40 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, 20 pts. wt. polybutylene adipate diol, 30 pts. wt. 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 6 pts. wt. isophoronediamine, 4 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol, 2 pts. wt. isopropanol and 120 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and the weight of lipophilic modified graphene is 0.025-0.1% of the weight of the solvent-based polyurethane. USE - Polyurethane/graphene composite plastic handicraft surface coating agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The surface coating agent has excellent solvent resistance, mechanical properties and wear resistance, excellent overall performance, so that the surface properties of plastic products are improved and the apparent life of handicrafts is extended. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Polyurethane/graphene composite plastic handicraft surface coating agent comprises the raw materials which include solvent-based polyurethane and lipophilic modified graphene where solvent-based polyurethane includes 40 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, 20 pts. wt. polybutylene adipate diol, 30 pts. wt. 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, 6 pts. wt. isophoronediamine, 4 pts. wt. 1,4-butanediol, 2 pts. wt. isopropanol and 120 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylformamide and the weight of lipophilic modified graphene is 0.025-0.1% of the weight of the solvent-based polyurethane, and the coating agent is prepared by taking 50 pts. wt. graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, ultrasonically treating for 1 hour, adding portion of silane coupling agent to the graphene oxide aqueous dispersion, reacting for 24 hours, washing the resulting product with absolute ethanol 5 times, then washing three times with distilled water, dispersing washed product in 100 pts. wt. distilled water, and ultrasonically processing for 1 hour, adding 3 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, restoring for 6 hours, washing the product with absolute ethanol and distilled water, drying to obtain solid-state lipophilic modified graphene, adding solid-state lipophilic modified graphene into a reactor, adding polybutylene adipate diol, polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, isophoronediamine, 1,4-butanediol and N,N-dimethylformamide, reacting at 70-85 degrees C for 2 hours, then adding 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, thickening 2-3 times, then adding remaining N,N-dimethylformamide and isopropanol to obtain solvent-based polyurethane, dispersing lipophilic modified graphene in solvent-based polyurethane, stirring evenly to form dispersion, ultrasonically processing the dispersion in an ultrasonic mill for 2 hours, and air-drying at room temperature.
