NOVELTY - Preparation of polypropylene film comprises mixing components in adhesive layer, core layer and heat seal layer, granulating, melt plasticizing in three extruders to obtain adhesive layer, core layer and heat seal layer, casting film on cooling roller for cooling and forming. The adhesive layer is made of random copolymer polypropylene and maleic anhydride modified polypropylene. The core layer is made of homopolymer polypropylene, metallocene ethylene hexene copolymer and polyolefin elastomer. The heat seal layer is made of random copolymer polypropylene, superfine talc powder, maleic anhydride modified polypropylene, polyolefin elastomer and/or lubricant. USE - The preparation of polypropylene film is used for reducing cracks in cold punching process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polypropylene film has good mechanical properties and is easy to process and form.
