▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves coating a graphene heating film on a surface of insulating base material of an electric heating film. A copper electrode is implanted on two opposite sides of the graphene heating film. The graphene heating film and the copper electrode are arranged at intervals. A bridging electrode is printed on a surface of the graphene heating film and the copper electrode, where interval distance between the graphene heating film and the copper electrode is measured for about 0.5 to 2 cm. Adhesive is coated on a surface of an insulating substrate. A copper foil or a copper strip is placed on two opposite sides of the surface of the insulating substrate. The copper foil or the copper strip is located away from an edge of the insulating substrate. The copper foil or the copper strip is hot pressed. USE - Floor graphene electric heating film manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving copper electrode contact by completely covering the bridging electrode on the copper electrode, energy utilization rate and copper foil or copper strip anti-stripping performance and reducing contact resistances of the bridging electrode and the surface of the copper electrode, generation of heating body edge striking fire in an effective manner and front end abnormal copper electrode composite process in an easy manner. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a floor graphene electric heating film manufacturing method. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
