NOVELTY - Radiation-proof metal blended fiber, obtained by processing the fiber body with a coating liquid, and the coating liquid comprises porous polydimethylsiloxane, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride powder, graphene powder, silicon carbide and protein powder. USE - Used as radiation-proof metal blended fiber. ADVANTAGE - The radiation-proof metal blended fiber: has high-porosity structure, hygroscopicity, softness and certain antistatic properties and good electrical conductivity and radiation protection performance; is comfortable to wear after weaving; and provides synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiation-proof metal blended fiber, comprising (i) obtaining the fiber main body by blending multiple fibers; (ii) mixing the porous polydimethyl siloxane, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride powder, graphene powder, silicon carbide and protein powder in proportion and dispersing ultrasonically at 200-400W power for 40-60 minutes to obtain the slurry; and (iii) soaking the fiber main body in the slurry at 60-70degrees Celsius for 24-36 hours, taking out the fiber main body and drying naturally.
