NOVELTY - The material has a germanium plate whose surface layer is coated with germanium dioxide to form a core -shell, which is equipped with core-shell particles. The core-shell nano particles are uniformly dispersed in a reduction-oxidation graphene network based on carbon distribution. USE - Germanium-carbon graphene composite material for a lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high power capacity, high stability, simple preparation process, low energy consumption, high yield and environment-friendly effect.
