NOVELTY - Preparation of modified mesoporous titanium dioxide film material involves adding 0.3 g graphite and silicon dioxide molecular sieve to a high-pressure reactor, adding 20 ml concentrated nitric acid, reacting at 160 degrees C for 5 hours, washing resultant product with 50 ml deionized water, transferring resultant product to a dialysis bag, dialyzing for 7 days, dispersing dialyzed product in ethanol, obtaining 1 mg/ml graphene quantum dot solution, soaking a conductive glass substrate deposited with a mesoporous titanium dioxide electron transport layer in resultant solution for 10 seconds, spin-coating at 2000 rpm, and annealing at 100 degrees C for 30 minutes. USE - Preparation of modified mesoporous titanium dioxide film material used as electron transport material for perovskite solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of modified mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film material. The solar cell provided with the modified mesoporous titanium dioxide thin film material has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency.
