NOVELTY - The preparation method of the novel temperature-regulating breathable fabric for protective clothing, involves: washing styrene with 2-5% sodium hydroxide solution for multiple times to remove a polymerization inhibitor, washing with deionized water to be neutral, and drying to obtain a styrene monomer; dissolving the styrene monomer, maleic anhydride and 0.03-0.07 g azodiisobutyronitrile in 150-250 mL acetone, reacting at 80-90 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen, filtering, washing, drying, adding the obtained product and graphene into an alkali liquor, and heating at 80-90 ℃ to obtain 5-10 mL a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer/graphene solution. USE - Preparation method of the novel temperature-regulating breathable fabric for protectiver clothing. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, and the novel phase-change microcapsule which takes the polymethyl methacrylate/graphene compound as the wall material and the n-tetradecanol as the core material enables the phase-change microcapsule to have excellent heat storage performance. The temperature-regulating breathable fabric is applied to polypropylene fabric to obtain a novel temperature-regulating breathable fabric for protective clothing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of a novel temperature-regulating breathable fabric for protective clothing, involves: washing styrene with 2-5% sodium hydroxide solution for multiple times to remove a polymerization inhibitor, washing with deionized water to be neutral, and drying to obtain a styrene monomer; dissolving the styrene monomer, maleic anhydride and 0.03-0.07 g azodiisobutyronitrile in 150-250 mL acetone, reacting at 80-90 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen, filtering, washing, drying, adding the obtained product and graphene into an alkali liquor, and heating at 80-90 ℃ to obtain 5-10 mL a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer/graphene solution; adding the styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer/graphene solution, n-tetradecanol and 10-25 g methyl methacrylate monomer into deionized water, and reacting at 50-60 ℃ for 2-4 hours to obtain a mixture; adding 0.03-0.07g azodiisobutyronitrile into the mixture, reacting at 70-80 ℃ for 3-7 hours under the protection of nitrogen, standing, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain a novel phase-change microcapsule; and stirring and mixing 4-16 g the novel phase-change microcapsule, 10-20 g a binder, 1-3 g a thickening agent and 15-30 mL deionized water, adding the polypropylene fabric, finishing, baking, and putting the mixture in a standard constant-temperature constant-humidity environment for moisture regain.
