▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Superhydrophobic surface with stable gas-liquid interface under water comprises first-order roughness hardened hydrophilic layer, external force slow-release layer and second-order roughness hydrophobic layer. The first-order roughness hardened hydrophilic layer is solidified from raw materials including hydrophilic coarse particle filler, first curing agent, binder and first volatile organic solvent. The mass contents of the hydrophilic coarse particle filler, first curing agent, binder and first volatile organic solvent in primary roughness hardening hydrophilic layer are 1-20%, 0.01-20%, 1-40% and 50-95%. The external force buffer layer is formed by curing raw material including viscoelastic organic compound and second volatile organic solvent. The second-order roughness hydrophobic layer is formed by curing raw materials including fine solid particle filler, film-forming agent, hydrophobic modifier and third volatile organic solvent. USE - Superhydrophobic surface with stable gas-liquid interface under water. ADVANTAGE - The superhydrophobic surface has excellent superhydrophobic and long-term underwater solid gas characteristics, high structural stability, wide adaptability to substrate, non-toxic, harmless and easy to obtain raw materials and reduces cost.
