NOVELTY - A sintering-free inorganic ceramic brick-plate comprises 25-40 mass parts magnesium oxide, 20-35 mass parts magnesium chloride, 20-30 mass parts fumed silica, 10-20 mass parts straw powders, 0.1-0.3 mass part graphene powders with particle size of 2000 meshes and 0.2-0.4 mass part airgel powders with particle size of 100 nm. USE - A sintering-free inorganic ceramic brick-plate. ADVANTAGE - Ceramic brick-plate has heat insulation, high strength, good toughness and no fragility and is light weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of sintering-free inorganic ceramic brick-plate which involves stirring after placing magnesium chloride and water in blending tank, completely dissolving magnesium chloride, obtaining mixed solution, and pumping mixed solution through 1st water pump into 1st sealing iron can, pumping magnesium oxide into 2nd sealing iron can through 2nd water pump, uniformly stirring graphene powders with particle size of 2000 meshes, airgel powders with particle size of 100 nm and straw powders, obtaining mixture, and pumping mixture through 3rd water pump into 3rd sealing iron can, simultaneously opening safety valve at bottom of 1st sealing iron can, safety valve at bottom of 2nd sealing iron can and safety valve at bottom of 3rd sealing iron can, simultaneously sending mixed solution, magnesium oxide and mixture into high-speed stirring tank, uniformly mixing and stirring, forming sheet, sending formed sheet into high frequency drying tunnel furnace, and drying sheet after increasing temperature of high frequency drying tunnel furnace to 1100-1300 degrees C and finally obtaining sintering-free inorganic ceramic brick-plate.
