▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity silicone rubber aluminum nitride/graphite hybrid material, comprises (1) under the action of ultrasonic condition, reacting modified aluminum nitride and modified graphene to obtain a aluminum nitride/graphene hybrid material, (2) adding the hybrid material obtained in step (1), softener and antioxidant into silicone rubber, then mixing in an open mill to obtain a mixed glue, and (3) thinning the mixed glue for many times, where add crosslinking agent in the thinning process, then after thinning, preparing vulcanized rubber i.e. final product by vulcanization. USE - The hybrid material is useful for fixing, seismic filling and bonding between power device and radiator in the field of aviation. ADVANTAGE - The hybrid material: has excellent toughness and elasticity; and is economical.
