NOVELTY - A conductive silver paste comprises 14-28 wt.% organic silicone resin or epoxy resin, 0.14-1.4 wt.% curing agent, 0.5-1 wt.% graphene, 70-85 wt.% conductive filler, 0.15-1.5 wt.% diluent and 0.05-1 wt.% reinforcing agent. USE - Conductive silver paste. ADVANTAGE - The silver paste has high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, where the maximum temperature that it can reach is 300 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of conductive silver paste comprising: (A) mixing organic silicone resin or epoxy resin and curing agent to prepare matrix resin; (B) adding graphene in organic solvent, putting under ultrasound at 20-50 degrees C for 3-6 hours, standing for 12 hours, centrifuging upper suspension liquid and distilling to obtain dilute graphene solution; (C) dissolving conductive filler in organic solvent, adding dilute graphene solution, ultrasonically dispersing, centrifuging and drying to obtain conductive filler-graphene mixture; and (D) mixing with matrix resin in three-roller mill and adding diluent and reinforcing agent.
