▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped molybdenum disulfide/3-dimensional graphene composite material involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide and cysteine in formaldehyde aqueous solution to obtain a dispersion (A), (b) dispersing melamine and ammonium tetrathiomolybdate in deionized water to obtain a dispersion (B), (c) mixing the dispersions (A) and (B), heating at 50-80 degrees C, reacting for 10-60 minutes, adjusting to a pH of 7-9, heating at 100-200 degrees C for hydrothermal reaction for 12-24 hours and drying the resulting product to obtain a solid material, and (d) heating the solid material in a microwave reaction chamber with a microwave power of 300-1200 W for 10-60 minutes to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing nitrogen-doped molybdenum disulfide/3-dimensional graphene composite material, which is useful as a negative electrode material for lithium ion batteries (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids loss caused by sublimation of nitrogen-doped precursor, and improves nitrogen-doping efficiency. The composite material has excellent stability, is not easily denatured in air and is easy to store, has large specific surface area, provides excellent channel for lithium ion transmission and has excellent performance, cycle stability and large specific capacity.
