▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide, comprises: (1) introducing graphene oxide to an ether solvent to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion; (2) adding a reducing agent containing an alkali metal to the graphene oxide dispersion and then mixing; and (3) generating the reduced graphene oxide from the mixture using the reducing agent. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene oxide (claimed), which is useful for organic semiconductor devices such as organic LEDs. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of economically producing the reduced graphene oxide with high yield and purity and desirable shape.
