NOVELTY - Preparing composite material for intervertebral fusion cage, involves using sulfonated polyether-ether-ketone peek of 3D printing as substrate material, synthesizing bone polypeptide through modifying oxidized graphene and poly-dopamine to perform oxidation graphene surface of 3 D printing and double modification of osteogenic poly peptide to prepare new-type 3-D printing oxidized graphene/osteogenic-polypeptides/sulfonated-ethylketone composite material, where the method further comprises using sulfonate polyether ether ether ketone peek as substrate material. USE - Method for preparing composite material for intervertebral fusion cage, used in medical material manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent wettability, good biocompatibility and osteogenic property, which can lay the foundation for cell and tissue adhesion and growth on the surface of the material.
