NOVELTY - Preparing flexible composite film with high content of rigid inorganic micro-nano sheet,involves (1) mixing rigid micro/nano sheets and specific organic solution uniformly according to a certain proportion, preparing a series of dispersion slurry of different component types or component content, and (2) using the dispersion liquid slurry by specific solution casting method to prepare series of different inorganic component type or content of imitation nacre layered structure composite film. USE - Preparation method of flexible composite film with high content of rigid inorganic micro-nano sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method can realize the simple preparation of the flexible composite film with large area and high content of rigid inorganic micro/nano sheet with high efficiency, and has universality and economical efficiency. The composite film prepared by the method has good flexibility and good mechanical strength under the condition of high inorganic content, and can be applied to insulating paper heat insulation film, catalyst carrier, film, anti-radiation shielding film, packaging material, battery diaphragm and application field.
