NOVELTY - Preparing graphene based coating involves heating graphene oxide with ethylene in presence of argon gas in a high-temperature reaction chamber at 500-700 degrees C, where a reaction is carried out for reducing hydroxyl group and carboxyl group to produce high-temperature heat composite and reducing gas. The reducing gas is thermally oxidized graphene. USE - Chemical vapor deposition method for preparing graphene based coating (claimed).
