NOVELTY - The structure (1) has a base material (2) that is provided with a communication hole communicating from one surface to the opposite surface. A conductive layer (3) is arranged to cover the inner surface of the communicating hole. An ion-containing liquid (5) is flowed through the communication hole. Two electrodes (4) are spaced apart in the flow direction of the ion-containing liquid and provided in contact with the conductive layer. The electric power is generated when electric charges of the conductive layer are attracted to the electric charges of the ion-containing liquid, moved and are extracted to the outside through the electrodes. The communication holes are provided with an average hole diameter of more than 0.05-7mm. USE - Power generation structure for power generator using contact charging and electrostatic induction. ADVANTAGE - The average pore size of the communication hole is set to a desired range, so that the ion-containing liquid is rapidly flowing in the hole, thus improving the power generation power.
