▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Extracting silver from waste solar battery assembly comprises (i) manually disassembling and separating each component of waste solar panel, performing primary classification and recycling, and collecting waste solar silicon plate, (ii) placing the waste solar silicone plate on the graphene electric heating plate for heating, realizing complete separation of the backplate and battery plate, (iii) heating in the oxidizing atmosphere, and removing the ethylene-vinyl acetate on the solar silicone board to obtain silicon wafer, (iv) placing silicon sheet into the ball mill for grinding, sieving by a sieving machine, and performing aluminum extraction, (v) adding sodium hydroxide solution into the sample, recycling aluminum hydroxide precipitate, and obtaining the battery sheet powder, (vi) adding battery sheet powder into a beaker, adding methanesulfonic acid and hydrogen peroxide solution, (vii) reducing silver ion by ammonia-hydrazine reduction method, and obtaining silver powder. USE - The method is useful for extracting silver from waste solar battery assembly, which is useful in photovoltaic industry, and also useful for extracting silver of aluminum leaching solution. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, no secondary pollution and high reaction efficiency, realizes recycling of valuable resource from waste solar battery component extracting silver in silicon chip method, ensures glass, backboard, bus bar, aluminum frame, junction box and other original physical performance is not seriously damaged, removes EVA encapsulating material by conventional heat treatment method, effectively recycles aluminum and silver contained in the battery sheet by combining with the chemical recycling technique.
