▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sensor has a broadband light source unit (1) connected with a single mode optical fiber unit (2) and an inclined fiber optical grating unit (3). The inclined fiber optical grating unit is connected with a spectrum analyzer (6) and the single mode optical fiber unit. A sample pool body (5) is formed with a sealing hole and connected with the inclined fiber optical grating unit. Length of the inclined optical fiber optical grating unit is about 5-15 mm. Thickness of a graphite coating layer is about 2-5 nm. USE - Graphene coating inclined optical fiber grating based liquid refractive rate sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is environmental friendly, and has high sensitivity.
