NOVELTY - Preparing zinc oxide-coated graphene/epoxy resin nonlinear conductive composite material involves pouring graphene oxide powder into absolute ethanol, dispersing, and adding zinc acetate dihydrate powder and continue to disperse to obtain uniformly dispersed solution A. The sodium hydroxide solution added to solution A and stirred until the pH value of the solution stabilizes at 9-11, and stirred at room temperature to obtain suspension A. The hydrazine hydrate solution added to suspension A, then heated to 85-95 degrees C and keep stirring for 3-5 hours to obtain suspension B. The suspension B heated to 170-190 degrees C for 19-21 hours to obtain suspension C, suction filtration is carried out, washed, and freeze-dried the filter cake to obtain GNPs-zinc oxide (ZnO) powder. USE - Method for preparing zinc oxide-coated graphene/epoxy resin nonlinear conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare zinc oxide-coated graphene/epoxy resin nonlinear conductive composite material has simple steps, good effect, good repeatable nonlinear conductive behavior, and better meet the actual needs of adaptive electromagnetic protection of electronic equipment. The curing agent is added, stirred at 50-60 degrees C, poured into the mold and pump bubbles, after being placed at room temperature for 22-24 hours and heated at 90-110 degrees C for 3-5 hour cured GNPs-ZnO/ER composite material is obtained namely zinc oxide coated graphene/epoxy resin nonlinear conductive composite material. The mass fraction of GNPs-ZnO in the zinc oxide-coated graphene/epoxy resin nonlinear conductive composite is 25%.
