NOVELTY - A negative electrode material comprises inner core containing manganese oxide (A). The surface of the inner core is provided with a shell layer comprising conductive material and manganese oxide (B). USE - Negative electrode material is used in secondary battery for electric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The negative electrode material has excellent mechanical performance and electrical conductivity, and high stability, and improves cycle performance and rate performance of the battery.
