NOVELTY - Preparing a scale remover involves adding 80-200 pts. wt. white oil, 15-28 pts. wt. acrylamide, and 2.2.-5.3 pts. wt. dimethyl(vinyl)silane to the reactor; mixing well; adding 20-40 pts. wt. 5-10% azisobutyronitrile solution slowly to the reactor with stirring; reacting at 50-74 degrees C for 120-180 minutes; then adding 0.3-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-7 pts. wt. nonenyl succinic anhydride, 0.03-0.2 pts. wt. potassium trichloro(ethylene)platinate(II); reacting at 70-85 degrees C for 60-120 minutes; adding 0.1-3 pts. wt. corrosion inhibitor, 14-24 pts. wt. iron ion chelating agent, 5-10 pts. wt. paraffin emulsion and 80-200 pts. wt. 40-60% strong alkali solution; and subjecting mixture to high-speed dispersion and stirring uniformly to obtain the scale remover. USE - Method for preparing a scale remover for a hydrogenation device. ADVANTAGE - The scale remover does not corrode the production pipe and casing during descaling, and does not produce toxic gasses such as hydrogen sulfide during application. The scale remover has strong dissolving performance for iron sulfide compounds, is safe and does not damage the device integrity to ensure production safety.
