▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene modified polypropylene composite material comprises 54-76 wt.% copolymerized polypropylene, 18-28 wt.% inorganic filler, 0.02-0.15 wt.% graphene, 5-15 wt.% toughening agent, 0.2-1.5 wt.% coupling agent, 0.3-0.9 wt.% antioxidant and 0.2-1 wt.% nucleating agent. USE - The composite material is useful for automobile bumpers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved tensile strength, elongation at break, and flexural modulus, and achieved light weight effect; meets the requirements of thin-walled bumpers and reduces the quality of the entire vehicle. The method has simple process, and low cost; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene modified polypropylene composite material, comprising adding copolymerized polypropylene, graphene, and coupling agent into a high-speed mixer to mix evenly, then adding into a twin-screw extruder through main feed, melting, mixing and extruding to obtain graphene masterbatch, allowing to strand, water cooling and pelletizing, where the processing temperature is 180-220 degrees C, adding copolymerized polypropylene, toughening agent, graphene masterbatch, coupling agent, antioxidant and nucleating agent into a high-speed mixer and mixing, adding into a twin-screw extruder through main feed, and adding inorganic filler from the side material, melting, mixing and extruding, allowing to strand, water-cooling and pelletizing to obtain polypropylene composite material with improved tensile strength, elongation at break and bending modulus, where the processing temperature is 180-200 degrees C.
