NOVELTY - The device comprises a fixing unit in which a graphite catalyst in the form of a roll is wound in rolled condition with a predetermined distance away from locking position. A heating unit heats the graphite catalyst during annealing. A winding roll in which the graphite catalyst is wound to a fixing plate is reeled so that the recovery roll is collected while the graphite catalyst is wound in the winding roll. Transfer rollers are arranged along an interval of the recovery roll and the winding roll. The transfer rollers include a power transmission element with a rotatory power shaft. USE - The device is useful for producing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device rapidly produces graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The device comprises a fixing unit in which a graphite catalyst in the form of a roll is wound in rolled condition with a predetermined distance away from the locking position. A heating unit heats the graphite catalyst during annealing. A winding roll in which the graphite catalyst is wound to a fixing plate is reeled so that the recovery roll is collected while the graphite catalyst is wound in the winding roll. Transfer rollers are arranged along an interval of the recovery roll and the winding roll. The transfer rollers include a power transmission element that is provided with a rotatory power shaft that is axis-connected with the fixing plate. The winding roll in the fixing plate of the fixing unit is axis-connected with the power transmission element. A rotating unit delivers the power to the power transmission element so as to rotate the winding roll, the recovery roll and the transferring rollers. A drive material is connected to the power transmission element. A rotating unit provides rotatory power by a motor to rotate the drive material. A heating unit is located in the interval of transferring rollers. A beam generator emits laser beam for heating the heating unit. An electric heating element is made of carbon fiber. The heating element is made of tungsten material. A power source is located in a heating assembly. The heating unit is positioned between transferring rollers and is equipped in forward and backward side of the graphite catalyst in a work area, where the work area is provided with carbon gas composition. An inert gas is filled in the work area. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene.
