NOVELTY - The board has a reinforcing frame (1) whose sides are formed with a loading groove and a lapping groove. A surface groove (2) is formed with a splicing groove. An inner side of the splicing groove is inserted at a locating inserting block. An upper side of a limiting cushion ring is fixed on an inner ring surface of the reinforcing frame. An upper part of the cushion ring is provided with a graphene heating sheet. An upper part of the graphene heating sheet is provided with a reflecting layer. A heat preservation layer (14) is arranged on the reflecting layer. The reinforcing frame is formed as an arc-shaped structure. USE - Heating function wall board for decorating a wall of a building. ADVANTAGE - The outer side of a composite plate body of the graphene heating sheet, the reflecting layer and the heat preservation layer are added with the reinforcing frame for protecting an edge so as to avoid edge cracking of the composite plate body.
